At Pelican Shops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings and decor. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
