Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?

Yes, we offer white-glove delivery for select oversized items. This service includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for an additional fee at checkout.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your Pelican Shops account.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All Pelican Shops products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase.
